Prepare Your Package
Place the eyewear securely in its original branded case and box, ensuring all protective films and tags are still attached to the product.
Ship the Item
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
